Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat rate of $15 for all orders within Australia.
Production Time: Each belt is custom-made to order. Production time is approximately 5 business days from the receipt of payment.
Delivery Time: Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as we have no control over delays once the package leaves our facility.

We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are the guidelines for returns:

Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is:
- Unused
- In its original condition
- Suitable for resale
Defective Items: If your item is defective due to material or workmanship, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund. Please contact us with a description and photos of the defect.
